It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alina Maria Melo De Sousa (Laval, Québec), who passed away on December 15, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Alina Maria Melo De departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Alina Maria Melo De. Though Alina Maria Melo De may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her husband Manual De Sousa. She is survived by: her child Rui (Leonor); her grandchildren, Chelsea (Mathieu) and Stacey Ann (Justin); her great grandchildren, Sienna, Jaxson, Colton and Grayson; and her sister Aida. She is also survived by many relatives and friends.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Complexe Sainte-Dorothée (1350 Autoroute 13, Laval, QC H7X 3W9). Visitation will be held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 8:30 AM at the Complexe Funéraire Yves Légaré Laval. A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Notre-Dame de Fatima Church (1815 Rue Favreau, Laval, QC H7T2H1).
