He was predeceased by: his parents, William Maither and Mary Levers; his sister Kathryn (late Clifford Cook); and his granddaughter Kristen. He is survived by: his wife Jennie; his children, Jim (Judy), Joyce, Brenda (Bruce), Barry (Connie) and Tracy (Marc); his brother Ernest (Rosalie); and his siblings-in-law, Henry van Blankers (Judy) and Ann Blankers. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.
