He was predeceased by: his father Leonard Pike. He is survived by: his wife Julie Moisan; his children, Ian, Chloé and Ash; his mother Helen Griffiths Pike; and his siblings, Leonard (Manuela), Donna (Barry), Tina (Scott) and Steve (Etelka). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and cherished friends.
