He was predeceased by: his children, Glenn (Wendy) of Peter and Ross (Lizanne). He is survived by: his wife Ruby Chafe (McPhee); his grandchildren, David (Martha), Megan (Andy), Stephanie (Frank), Ryan, Nolan, Alexandra, Fabienne and Isabelle; and his great grandchild Isla.
