He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Billings and Rachel Billow; his stepchildren, Claude and Pierre; and his wife Claudette Mongeon.
He is survived by: his children, Gisèle (Yves) and Robert (Marthe); and his stepdaughters, Lorraine, Diane, Jeannine, Lise, Sylvie and Suzanne. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
