He was predeceased by: his parents, Kingsley Marion and Mavis Johnson; his foster parents, Cecil Devouge and Rita Devouge; and his sister Judy.

He is survived by: his children, Joanna (Jason), Marlene, Phillip and Bruno; his siblings, Viola, Wayne (Stella) and William; his half-siblings, Calvin and Michelle; and his close friend Marie-Claire. He is also survived by three grand-kids, nieces, nephews, cousins.
