He was predeceased by: his mother Lorraine Ancharuk; his grandparents, Michael Ancharuk, Zelda Ancharuk, Winifred Russell and Truman Russell; and his aunt Peggy Jean Russell.

He is survived by: his wife Amie; his sons, Channing and Ledger; his father Vincent Gary Russell (Pauline); his sisters, Tracey Ross (Bruce) and Tammy Tocheniuk (Greg); his nephews, Ethan, Quinn, Grayson and Preston; his aunt Gail Pitre (Gerald); his uncle Bruce Russell (Madelaine); and also, Cheryl, Tanya, Donna, David and Vincent.
