He was predeceased by: his parent Florella Sutton (Monzello); and his siblings, Vera Dewar and Charlie. He is survived by: his spouse Margie (Harris); his daughter Donna (John Douglas); his stepchildren, Tricia Leavey of Dalhousie and Garth Leavey; his granddaughter Maggee of Dalhousie; his sister Aldene Hoghe of Albany; and his brother-in-law Sherman Dewar of St George. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
