It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Philip Tupper (Chesterville, Québec), who passed away on July 23, 2020, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Philip Tupper to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Tupper and Alice Tupper; and his sisters, Barbara Wells and Betty Dillabough. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Tupper; his children, James Garlough (Bonnie) of Williamsburg, Chad Garlough (Ashley) of Morrisburg and Courtney Ward (R. J.) of Morrisburg; his siblings, Bill Tupper (Joan Hess) of Williamsburg, Anna Poulin of Ottawa, Roger Tupper (Jean) of Morrisburg and Steven Tupper (Edna) of Mountain; and his grandchildren, Jaime, Robin, Jacob, Skyler, Loghan and Eve. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
