He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lynwood Cookman and Doris Cookman (Holbrook); his wife Gloria Cookman (Gordon); his daughter Cara Lynn Cookman; and his brother William Cookman. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
