He was predeceased by: his daughter Mona Joy; his parents, Dora Garbuz and Moses Garbuz; his sisters, Ruth (Julius Feldman) and Dena (Ted Oberfeld); and his siblings-in-law, Shirley and Ronald Mann.
He is survived by: his wife Natalie Garbuz; his sons, Howard (Hanna) and Donald (Vivian); his grandchildren, Michael, Sarah, David, Benjamin, Nick, Alexi and Madison; and his great grandchild Charlotte.
