It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald George Battiste (Barachois, Québec), who passed away on April 7, 2018, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas Battiste; his parent-in-law Mary Mushrow; his siblings, Lewis of Joe, Raymond and Mabel; his siblings-in-law, Willie Seaward, Bob Peddle (Robert) and Mary Mushrow; and also Peter Mushrow.
He is survived by: his parent Jane Battiste; his wife Maxine; his son Ronald; his grandchildren, Christopher Organ (Betsy) of Red Deer, AB, Matthew Organ of Lloydminster, AB, Kelsie Battiste (Jacques Bottjer) of Basilton, UK and Nicholas Battiste of Port; his great grandchild Marcus Organ of Red Deer, AB; his siblings, Kevin Battiste (Donna) of Port, Gerard Battiste (Carolann) of Port, Jerome Battiste (Pauline) of Port, Nina Peddle of Port, Audrey Seaward of Port and Marlene Brake (Tom) of South Branch, NL; and also, Pete Mushrow (Eliza) of British Columbia, Lloyd Mushrow of Port, Gary Mushrow (Nancy) of Port, Daniel Mushrow (Emma) of Port, Wayne Mushrow (Joan) of Halifax, NS, Jean Gabriel of McDougalls, NL, Marie Battiste and Mary Battiste. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
