He is survived by: his daughter Jean Ann Maggio (Paul); his grandchildren, Janet Maggio, Paul Maggio Jr. Andy Ambruch, Chris Ambruch and Zach Ambruch (Ashley); his great grandchildren, Joey Jeffers, Luke Jeffers, Marley Ambruch, Landon Ambruch, Anya Stone and Hunter Ambruch; his stepdaughter Jaylen Wisor (Jim); his grandchildren, Brianne Smith, Sarah Martinez, Sydney Wisor and Mathew Wisor; and his stepchildren, Dawn Persinger and Jon Scott Persinger.
