He is survived by: his wife Anastatia (Aine); his children, Eileen Kenny (Martin), Maureen Cori (Michael), Michael (Ann Marie), Sean (Tricia) and Siobhan Wilson (John-"Jay"); and his sisters, Mai (McGuinness), Roseann (Colleran) and Kathleen (Guinan).
