He is survived by: his parents, Isabel Garcia, and Rene Garcia, Sr.; his wife Angela English; his daughters, Jasmine Garcia of Thermopolis, Kira Garcia of Worland, Emrie Shuman and Chalet Nielsen; his sister Linda Guy (Haley) of Visalia, California; and his close friend Bailey.
