He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Wortham and Goldie Wortham (McGarvin); his wife Maxine Gilmore; his brothers, Don and Pete Wortham; and his great grandchild Everly.
He is survived by: his daughters, Debbie Cowdrey of Worland and Tammie McDonald (Rodney) of Parker, Colorado; his grandchildren, Lindsay Heinzerling (Dustin), Amber Taylor (Kurtis), Katelyn Allen (Sam) and Colton Cowdrey (Haleigh); and his great grandchildren, Grace, Noah, Remi, Branch, Samantha and Connor.
