He is survived by: his girlfriend Marla Tolman; his children, Terri Logan (Chris) and JD Maxwell; his grandchildren, Zach Logan, Jordan Logan, Maxwell IV, Chase Maxwell, Skye Maxwell and Milisa Frazier; and his great grandchild Maxwell V..
