She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Edward Sr. and Frances Margueriete Hartman (Beckner); her son Kirk Wiltsey; her daughter-in-law Marva Wiltsey; her brother Henry "Ed" Hartman; her sister-in-law Janet Hartman; and her grandson Tony Brown.
She is survived by: her husband Elmer Wiltsey; her son Robert Wiltsey (Elaine) of Orlando, Florida; her sisters, Julie Ramirez (Jaimie) of Worland and Nancy Shultz of Oakwood, Texas; her grandchildren, Monte, Zeke and Anthony Wiltsey of Texas; her sisters, Melissa Coppola of Arizona, Robby Brown, Eddie Massey of Wyoming and Devonna Finch of Ohio; and her niece Chelsea Hill of Worland. She is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
