He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Whitlock and Ludina Whitlock (Anderson); his siblings, Virginia, Glen, Ira, Jerry and Sharon; his wife Charlotte; and his children, Mark and LaRae.
He is survived by: his sons, Craig Whitlock (SuZann) of Worland, Wayne Whitlock (Allyson) of Los Altos, CA and Boyd Whitlock (AnnaMarie) of Ten Sleep; and his daughter-in-law April Whitlock of North Logan. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 36 great-grandchildren.
