He was predeceased by: his daughter Donna Eckhardt Johnson; and his son-in-law Greg. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Kathryn Berry; his grandchildren, Matt (Amy), Travis (Jannel), Kyle (Lissa), Josh (Chelsey), Elijsha, Troy (Nikita) and Jamie (Jeff); and his children, Karrie Preuit (Ron) of Roberts and Thomas Eckhardt of Gillette. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
