He was predeceased by: his grandfather Robert Samuel Lapp; and his great-grandparents, Everett and Inez Cheeney. He is survived by: his parents, Timothy Bruce Lapp of Worland and Kristy Lynn Lapp Owsley (Preator) of Thermopolis; his siblings, Nicholas Robert Lapp of Worland and Brittany Nicole Lapp (Corby) of Sheridan; his grandparents, Shirley Lapp of Worland, Norman and Jeannie Preator of Burlington; and his aunts and uncles, Debbie Dillman (Alvin) of Sheridan, Shelli Lapp of Casper, Barry Lapp of Worland, Jeff Lapp of Worland, Robert Preator (Roleen) of Utah, Scott Preator of Denver and Jud Preator (Becka) of Utah.
