With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Todd Harley (Wilson, Wyoming), who passed away on June 5, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Bud Harley and Bea Harley; and his sister Lisa Harley. He is survived by: his siblings, Deborah Healey (Tom) and Steve Harley (Deb). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and many wonderful friends.
