He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Herk and Emily Herk (Widenski); and his wife Joanne Herk. He is survived by: his sons, Bryan Herk (Jenny) and Brandon Herk (Brooke); his brother Leonard Herk (Irene); his grandchildren, Carrie Wilson (Tyler), Caelan Herk of Cian Herk, T. J, Jones, Dakota Payton and Marcus Payton (Sydney); and his great grandchildren, Madden and Marley.
