He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Small and Eunice Small (Wickam); and his wife Doris Small. He is survived by: his children, Gary Small (Mary) of Loveland, Debbie Blow (Keith) of Las Vegas and Ken Small (Patty) of Wheatland; his sister Elizabeth Small of Tucson, Arizona; and his grandchildren, Stephanie Russell (Kory) of Cheyenne, Amanda Costa (Jordan) of San Diego, Todd Small (Kindra) of Wheatland, Adam Small of Cheyenne and Sara Small of Clearwater, Florida. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
