She was predeceased by: her parents, Hilly Fender and Carlene Fender; her husband Preceding; her parents-in-law, Jacob and Lydia Wilhelm; her sisters, Diane Rutledge and Hap Younger; and her siblings-in-law, Jim, Jake, Fred, Jerry Wilhelm, Ruby Bonifacini, Betty Karriker, Gladys Nagel, Barbara Kittell and Sandra Cancino.
She is survived by: her children, Melody Nottage (Craig) of Laramie, Wyoming and Rodney Wilhelm (Nyla) of Glendale, Arizona; her grandchildren, Courtney Wilson (Jared) and Robert Osborne, Jr. of Cheyenne, Wyoming; her great grandchild Hazel Wilson; her sister Judy Fender of Salida, Colorado; and her siblings-in-law, Jess Cantrell of Casper and Dee Wilhelm. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
