He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mearl Waitman and Helen E. Waitman (Cordes); his wife Ida Waitman of Wheatland; his children, John Waitman of Denver and Carmen Stockwell (Bill) of Wheatland; his granddaughters, Nicole Vance (Kory) of Casper, Wyoming and Shanon Stockwell of Casper, Wyoming; and his great grandchild Morgan Vance of Casper.
