He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin Noyce and Minnie Noyce; and his brother David Noyce. He is survived by: his child Lenny; his wife Joyce; his daughter Ruth (Moyte); his granddaughter Rachael (Moyte); and his sister Esther (Haburn). He is also survived by three children.
