She was predeceased by: her parents, Jackson Joaquin and Laura Latta (Snell); her husband Theodore "Earl" Bowman; her sister Patricia Ann "Patty" Milligan; her brother-in-law Robert S. "Bob" Milligan Sr.; and her great grandchildren, Jaxen Rahmig and Christopher Himes.
She is survived by: her children, Jim Bowman of Cheyenne, Vicki Bowman of Cheyenne, Randy "Butch" Bowman (Becky) of Cheyenne, Jon Bowman of North Platte and Biff Gorman (Ross) of Douglas, Wyoming. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and 25 great grandchildren.
