She is survived by: her brother Joseph A. McGowan, Jr.; her children, Vicki Fellows (Ira), Dawn Rittel (Brad) and Dan Shaffer (Cindy); and her grandchildren, Christi Lynn Livingston (Jason), Rikki Lynn Thies (Cody), Kelly Kahler (Heather), Mike Kahler and Jeff Kahler. She is also survived by several great grandchildren; step-grandchildren; step-great grandchildren; nephews and nieces.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the First Christian Church (95 19th St, Wheatland, WY 82201).
