He is survived by: his wife Lavonne Miller of Wheatland; his children, Kimberly Welch (Doug) of Wheatland and Steven Miller of Pennsylvania; his sister Rosalie Cazier of Cheyenne; his grandchildren, Keith Jenkins, Micheal Jenkins, Roni Jenkins, Rebekka Miller, Shaya Miller and Jared Miller; and his great grandchildren, Kaden Jenkins and Katelynn Jenkins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
