She was predeceased by: her parents, Betty Eddleman (Bowman) and Jack Eddleman; her in-laws, Clarence and Winnie; and her siblings, Terry and Nancy.

She is survived by: her sons, Michael James and Matthew David; her nephew Casey; her husband Dave; her grandchildren, Catherine Evans (Cody Benton), Madison Tretter (Jayson), Shaeleigh Evans, Jolie Evans and Brayden Evans; and her great grandchildren, Kennedy, Carly, Luke and River.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a donation in Cathy's honor to a charity of your choice.
