He is survived by: his children, Penny Jo Evans (Teel) and Jason William Evans (Quinn); his wife Linda Evans (Franzen) of Wheatland; and his siblings, Dorothy Matthews, Bob Evans, Larry Evans (Rhonda), Dave Evans (Cathy), Anita Johnson, Donnie Evans (Jennifer) and Susie Moehr.
