She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Kermit and Alice Josephine Blumer (Lack); her husband Jason Shefferd; and her siblings, Bonnie Jenkins, Fred Blumer, Kathleen Piper and Evelyn Wiedner.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sherry Hutson (Jason) and Elanie Gevara (Luis); her brother David Blumer of Louisiana; and her grandchildren, Alecia Ing, Brittany Hutson, JLynn Hutson, Brandy Gevara, Christopher Gevara, Jeremy Gevara and Elizabeth Gevara. She is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren.
