He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Jankowski and Celia Jankowski; and his brother Edward Jankowski (Vivian). He is survived by: his wife June; his children, Cynthia Zabransky (Joseph), Kenneth Jankowski (Sandra) and Susan Ficker (Steve); his grandchildren, Joseph, Nicole, Steven, Matthew, James and Sara; his great grandchildren, Jacob and Victoria; his siblings, Richard Jankowski (Virginia) and Marilyn Wisniewski (Joseph); his nephew Michael; and his niece Tammy. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.

Due to Phase 3 of the State of Illinois COVID-19 guidelines visitation is limited to 25 people at all times.
