It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Colleen Helwig of Upton, Wyoming, born in Watertown, South Dakota, who passed away on July 22, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Eidet and Dina Eidet of Waubay; her brothers, John and Dwayne; and her husband Ronnie.
She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Knapp (Gene) of Upton, Brian Helwig (Debbie) of Upton and Julie Eickman (Bill) of Bozeman, Montana.; and her sisters, Jean Ness of Waubay and Karen Eidet of Minneapolis, Minnesota.. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family request that memorials be made in Colleen's name to benefit the United Methodist Church and Upton Fire Department.
