He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Schlager and Elizabeth Schlager (Deines); his wife Marlene (Amberg); his siblings, Walter, Victor, Elmer, Albert, Alex, Ted, Ruben, Robert, Harry, Lawrence, Pauline, Frieda, Hilda, Rose and Clara; and his granddaughter Marisah Knowles.
He is survived by: his children, Lynda Ferrari (Ken) of Cheyenne, WY, Beth DeMott (Jim), Cherie Trautwein (Bart) of Torrington, WY, Joanna Eirich (Rob) of Mitchell, NE, Jeff (Veronica), William (Bill) and Lonny (Martha) of Torrington, WY; his sister Wilma Ward; and his close friend Sissy. He is also survived by 18 Grandchildren; 33 Great Grandchildren.
