He was predeceased by: his parents, Grace McVay Petsch and Verl Petsch Sr. (Bus); his stepparents, Katie and Steve; and his sister Lois.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; his sons, Wayne (Sara) and Lance (Aleighica); his grandson Colton; his niece Karen; his nephew John Mueller of Portland Oregon; and his sister Jackie Gallentine (Ron).
