She was predeceased by: her parents, Dalbert Nelson and Vivian Nelson (Lange); and her nephew Steven Butler. She is survived by: her spouse Roy Kerns; her children, Cheryl Dionne (Kari) of Bar Nunn, Michael Kerns and Justin Kerns; and her sister ViDal Butler (Ken) of Elm Creek.
