He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Vigil and Carolina Vigil (Aragon); his daughter Lisa; and his siblings, Tony and Dorothy.
He is survived by: his wife Marlene McAlister; his son Bob Flanders; and his grandchildren, Branden, Savanna Anderson, Bostyn and Brei Flanders. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews and sister in laws.
