He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Marlatt and Birdie Marlatt (Lacey); his wife Pauline Brown; and his sisters, Joyce Marlatt, Norma Teeters and Phyllis Blunt.
He is survived by: his children, Paul Thomas Marlatt (Pat) of Ellabell, Georgia and Roline Pickens (Wayne). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to the Disabled American Veterans.
