He was predeceased by: his parents, Jake Steben and Katheryn Steben (Sommer); his sister Jackie Morris; and his son-in-law Artie Johnson. He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Pursley; his children, Randy Steben (Twila), Sandra Johnson and Michael Steben (Charlotte); his grandchildren, Tyrell Steben, Roxanne Jolovich (Michael), Shannon Baldwin (Jason), Will Johnson, Taylor Johnson (Breanne), Trenton Johnson, Jake Steben (Hunter) and Blake Steben; and his sister Gwen Miller.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the First Wyo United Presbyterian Church (2972 Main St, Torrington, WY 82240).
Memorial contributions in honor of Roger will be used to create an Agriculture Scholarship at EWC.
