He was predeceased by: his wife Virginia Halstead of Torrington Wyoming; and his sister Shirley Farmer. He is survived by: his children, Brenda Vance (Bill) of Torrington, WY, Helen Doherty (Dan) of Douglasville, GA, Karen Moore of Ellenton, FL and David Watson (Jodi) of Hebron, KY; his brothers, Raymond Watson (Della) and Bill Watson (Betty); and his brother-in-law Jim Farmer. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
