He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Breedlove and Yvonne Breedlove (Siple); his stepfather Don Siple; his friend Ron; and his parents-in-law, Rosalie Eaton and Mel Eaton.

He is survived by: his brother Ron; his wife Cindy Breedlove; his children, Betsy (Jared Mejorado) of Rock Springs, Rhett (Leilani Breedlove) of Torrington and Ross (Laura Breedlove) of Cheyenne, Wyoming.; his brother Roger Breedlove of Alexandria; his brother-in-law Thomas Eaton of Torrington; his stepmother Betty Breedlove of Shreveport; and also Miguel Mapue (Virginia) of Norfolk. He is also survived by siblings, his nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials honoring Rick can be sent to the Eastern Wyoming College Golf Team, in care of the EWC Foundation. Donations can also be made to the Goshen County Library.

“Cindy, Betsy, Rhett, and Ross, and family - Rick was a supportive friend, ever willing to share wisdom and wit, commiserate common disappointments about work, situations, etc., and it was sweet reconnecting recently to laugh about the past, present, and general "old guy" stuff. Rick loved each one of you (and many others) and always had a recent story to tell about each one of you, accompanied by beaming bragging rights. His spirit will ever be with us all.
