Hicks (Randel) of Coeur d' Alene, ID, David M. Rogers (Jean) of Wilsonville, OR and Tamara L. Caiazza of Wichita, KS. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and one great great granddaughter.
