She was predeceased by: her parents, Floriano Garcia and Margarita Garcia (Palomino); and her spouse Aurelio Otero. She is survived by: her children, Bennie (Diann) of Craig, Bob of Torrington, Edwin of Sunnyvale and Patsy (Antonio Velazquez) of Torrington.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to either Saint Rose Catholic Church or Our Lady of Guadalupe Society.
