He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Pugsley and Ruth Pugsley (Jesdinsky); and his wife Dorothy M. Rinehart. He is survived by: his son Brian; his daughter-in-law Kathy Pugsley of Torrington, WY; his grandchildren, Jaclyn Johnson of Edmond, OK, Brady Pugsley of Torrington and J. James of Townsend, MT; and his siblings, Jack Pugsley, Shirley Farrell of Torrington, Joyce Birkley of Torrington, Janet Sanders of Torrington and Nancy Martin of Austin, TX.. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
Due to the current Covid 19 health crisis, services will not be held at this time.
