He was predeceased by: his parents, Beenie Harmon and Veldron Harmon; and his sisters, Jennifer and Karen. He is survived by: his son Benjamin; his wife Patty; his children, John (Missy), Ben and Caitlin; and his grandchildren, Abbie, Evan and Ali. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to the family to be decided on later.
