He was predeceased by: his parents, A. Everett Whitney and Anna M. Whitney (Fickenscher); his spouse Qwendolyn F. McKie; his son Jeffery Alan; and his siblings, Marcia Ann Nicks, Beatrice Jean Whitney, Ronald Dean Whitney and Leon Kent Whitney.
He is survived by: his son Michael Dean Whitney; his grandchildren, Brittany, Joshua, Jayden, Gabrielle and Blake; his great grandchildren, Addy and Emelia; and his nieces, Julie Irvine and Sheri Nicks.
Memorials may be made to the Eastern Wyoming College Foundation in Keith's name.
