He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Zavorka and Antonie Pavlica; his daughter-in-law Laurel Zavorka (Laurie); his siblings, Wencil (Louis Zavorka), Louise Urbanek (George) and Antonie Donbraska (Johnny); and his siblings-in-law, Abby Keller (Beth), Ruth Zavorka, Wendell Caster, Ron Maupin, Jim Votova, Johnny Rutar and Howard Joy.
He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Ellen Joy (Marj); his children, Joseph Rodney (Joey), Geraldine Ellen (Geri), Steven Leroy Zavorka of Wheatland and Ronald James (Ron); his grandchildren, Ryan Zavorka of Castle Rock, CO, Christopher Zavorka (Shannon) of Cheyenne, Megan Thomas (York) of Columbus, Molly Brock (Lane) of Kaycee, WY, Tessa Mayor (Jimmy) of Dacano, CO and Emily Zavorka of Yoder; his siblings, Frank Zavorka, Mary Rutar of Nebraska, Ann Votova of Iowa and Charlie Zavorka (Dorothy) of Torrington; and his siblings-in-law, Maxine Caster of Sheridan, Nancy Maupin of Yoder, Shirley Joy of South Dakota, Paul Joy (Mardell) of Lingle and Glenn Joy (Carla) of Sheridan. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
