He was predeceased by: his daughter Susan; his siblings, Evelyn Schamel, Margaret Thieman, Ruby Anderson, Eleanor Howard, Ruth Anderson and Andrew; and his nephew Roger Schamel.
He is survived by: his wife Frances; his children, Wynona Anderson (Steven) of Marshalltown, Iowa and Gary (Julie) of Sheridan, Wyoming; and his grandchildren, Jeffrey Anderson (Maggie) of Scottsbluff, Brandi Seals (Dan) of Torrington, Stephanie Wallis of Aurora, Colorado, William Anderson of Sheridan, Aaron Anderson of Marshalltown, Iowa, Michael Anderson (Asha Stenquist) of Oakland, Calif. and Elizabeth Anderson of Kansas City, Missouri. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
